ABOUT Our Classes

Foundations, Level 1

Progressions, Level 2

Progressions, Level 2

Rooted in the Foundational Principles of Pilates, this class establishes the essentials of your Pilates practice. Working on coordination, stability, and organization of your body. This class is perfect for beginners, those that took a break from Pilates, or anyone wanting to go back to the root of their Pilates practice.

We add intricacies into the movements from the Foundations, Level 1 class. 

More unilateral work, balance, and an expectation of understanding Pilates Foundations are required. We recommend 5 Foundations classes prior to attendance of Progressions, Level 2. 

Proficient, Level 3

Proficient, Level 3

Proficient, Level 3

This class requires a strong sense of body awareness and builds upon the Pilates Progressions class. Recommended for those that have done at least 3 months of Progressions, Level 2 class. Recommended for those with minimum limitations in their body. 

Ballet Barre

Channel your inner dancer as we dance a classical ballet barre.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

These policies allow us to offer your time slot to others and maintain exceptional quality of service for you.


Private cancellations  and rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' notice .  Privates altered within 24 hours will still be charged for the session or deducted from your package. 


Booking for Group Classes will close 6 hours before the start of class. This allows the instructors to plan accordingly.


Group Class cancellation require a minimum of 12 hours' notice. Group class cancellations within 12 hours will be charged for the session or deducted from your package.


No-Shows will incur a 50% fee in addition to being charged for the session or deducted from your package.
