Tighter clothing is helpful to see body alignment. Grip Socks are recommended.
Women: Leggings, bike shorts, and clothing tight to the body. No running shorts or skirts without liners.
Men: Shorts with a liner underneath or pants.
Please limit zippers and jewelry to prevent tearing of the equipment.
Our classes involve a series of exercises that focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll use your own bodyweight and the equipment to perform controlled movements building strength and mobility.
Private First then Group Classes.
We encourage all clients to take 1-4 private sessions before signing up to a group class.
This ensures the instructor can introduce you to all the apparatuses and get to know your body and your needs!

No. We have experience teaching ages 3-93 . When joining a group class, we ask children under 12 to take private sessions first to understand equipment, jargon, and movements for their body.
We want you to work towards your goals, whatever that may be. You will always leave the studio feeling longer, leaner, and more put together than when you walked in.
Pilates should NEVER hurt or cause pain. You should always leave feeling better than when you initially walked through the door.
Sharp and Shooting pain should never be experienced in Pilates. Muscle fatigue and soreness will be a result of Pilates.
Yes. Done consistency, Pilates can be very effective at relieving back pain by improving posture, strengthening core muscles, and increasing flexibility and mobility.
Yes. Please have them bring something that keeps distractions at a minimum.
No. For the safety, health, and comfort of the fellow clients, please leave your animal at home. Exceptions made for service animals.
Yes. We ask you to seek the advice of a medical professional before beginning Pilates for the first time or continuing exercises.
During the first trimester, we continue to work as normal. After the second trimester we suggest private sessions to help keep you and baby safe.
Post-Partum. Once given medical clearance, schedule a private session to help reconnect the abdominals and pelvic floor muscles, gently progressing to more challenging core work and your regular pilates practice.
Private cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' notice . Privates altered within 24 hours will still be charged for the session or deducted from your package.
Booking for Group Classes will close 6 hours before the start of class. This allows the instructors to plan accordingly.
Group Class cancellation require a minimum of 12 hours' notice. Group class cancellations within 12 hours will be charged for the session or deducted from your package.
No-Shows will incur a 50% fee in addition to being charged for the session or deducted from your package.
